What AI is still bad at — and why that's your advantage.
A no-fluff workshop for working professionals who refuse to be left behind in the AI age. Built on real production AI experience — not LinkedIn theory or a deck full of tool screenshots.
Who this is for
Anxious but stable
You have a job. Things are going well. Your manager mentioned AI in your last review. You're wondering if you should be worried — and what to actually do about it.
Already in the storm
You were laid off, or your team was. You're not sure if it was about AI, the economy, or you — and you're trying to figure out the next move.
Looking, but confused
You're applying for jobs in a market where the rules just changed. You don't know if the role you trained for is still the right bet.
You're not the audience if
You want to learn how to use ChatGPT for the first time, or you're looking for a "10x your output with prompts" pitch. This isn't that.
What you'll walk away with
-
01
An honest map of what AI can and can't do
Live demo: a real professional task, run through AI. You'll see it impress the room — then watch it fail. That's the line.
-
02
Where AI structurally breaks (and why that won't change soon)
AI falls apart the moment a situation is ambiguous, novel, or requires judgment with incomplete information. That's not a temporary limitation. That's structural.
-
03
Which parts of your job are you, and which are just process
Process gets automated. Judgment gets promoted. The reframe matters more than any tool.
-
04
The 5-year roadmap — three types of professionals by 2030
People who get replaced. People who use AI as a tool. People who make decisions AI cannot make. Only one has leverage.
-
05
Real case studies — specific people, specific moves
Roles, fears, decisions, outcomes. Not theory.
-
06
A live personal audit
Take 2 minutes. Write down what you did at work last week. We'll run it through a filter live, together.
Who's teaching
David Gladson. Computer vision and AI engineer shipping production systems on edge hardware — real-time inference on resource-constrained devices, multi-camera pipelines, on-device model compression. Cofounder at KhiladiPro. Trained at IIT Madras (Data Science).
Before AI: ~70,000 students taught through Mad About Sports across three years. One of those students went on to work for a Test cricket nation and still pays to consult. The teaching track record is real, and so is the AI work — this isn't someone who learned about AI from podcasts and turned it into a course.
"I've shipped AI. I've seen it fail in ways that would embarrass the people selling it. That's why this workshop exists."
Pricing
Optional bonus pack at registration: ₹199. A deeper masterclass (₹9,299 + GST) is available after the workshop for those who want the full roadmap — purely optional.
FAQ
Is this another "use ChatGPT" workshop?
No. The premise is the opposite — what AI can't do, and what that means for your career. I assume you've already used ChatGPT.
Will it be specific to my industry?
The frameworks are universal; examples cut across tech, marketing, business, and operations. Section 3 is kept role-aware where possible.
What if I can't attend live?
Recordings are shared with registered attendees. Live attendance is significantly better — that's where the audit and Q&A happen.
Will there be a sales pitch?
Yes — for an optional masterclass at the end. The first 90 minutes are the actual workshop. The masterclass exists for people who want the deeper roadmap; nobody is required to buy anything.
Can my company sponsor a private workshop?
Yes. Email me with team size and rough timeline.
